Welcome to Digm Media. By purchasing and using the Website Lead Conversion Employee ("the Service"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. The Service

Digm Media provides a custom-configured, AI-powered lead capture system designed to be embedded on the Client’s website. The standard Service includes:

The initial website scan and custom system configuration.
The deployment code snippet required for installation.
30 days of post-launch configuration tweaks to refine responses and routing.

2. Payment Terms

The Service is provided for a one-time setup fee of $997.00 USD. This fee covers the initial build, deployment, and 30-day refinement period. Continued updates or ongoing system maintenance beyond the initial 30 days require enrollment in a separate Pro Lead Conversion plan.

3. The Deployment Guarantee & Refund Policy

Digm Media offers a strict, conditional refund policy bounded to the successful technical deployment of the Service.

If we cannot successfully deploy your Website Lead Conversion Employee due to a technical issue on our end, or an incompatibility we failed to catch beforehand, you are entitled to a full refund.

This guarantee applies strictly to technical implementation. Refunds will not be issued based on subjective satisfaction, lead volume, or specific financial performance once the system is successfully functioning on the Client's website. For full details, please review our complete Refund Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful deployment, the Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date business information during the intake process.
Properly install the provided single line of code onto their website infrastructure.
Designate an appropriate internal contact to handle leads routed by the system.

5. Intellectual Property

Digm Media retains all underlying rights, code, and intellectual property regarding the software and system architecture used to deliver the Service. The Client is granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the system on their designated web properties for as long as they retain the Service.

6. Data & Privacy

Digm Media processes data strictly according to standard data privacy protocols. All interactions are encrypted. Digm Media will never sell, lease, or expose the Client's captured customer data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digm Media provides a tool designed to capture and route leads, but makes no guarantees regarding specific conversion rates or revenue outcomes. In no event shall Digm Media be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
